Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Rapid flashing lights, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials, Working at heights

Pay Rate: $18.50

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment!

How Will YouMakeanImpact?:Workingwithateaminafast-pacedenvironmentassemblingproduct.

A Day in the Life:

• Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry
• Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
• Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
• Record and completeaccuratedocumentation according to GMP requirements
• Drive safetycultureandqualityinallactivities
• Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate
• Workingwithateaminafast-pacedenvironmentassemblingproduct
• Participate in the Lean PPI (PracticalProcessImprovement)culturethrough Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/ or Kaizen events

Education:High school diplomaorequivalentrequired.Experience:

• Required: No previous job experience required
• Preferred:ExperienceinacGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Follow all safety protocols
• Drivequalityinallactivities
• Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping
• Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• · Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Ability to work in afastpacedcontrolled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additionalovertimeastheneedarisesfor production schedule adherence
• The Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.
• Specific gowning is required including: gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like.
• · Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene
