Material Handler

As a Material Handler for the 3rd shift, you will ensure the smooth operation of the production floor by managing raw materials and finished goods. You will utilize RF technology to accurately record inventory movements and operate material handling equipment to assist with logistical needs.

Responsibilities

• Supply the production floor with raw materials based on report requirements.
• Remove finished goods from production lines in real time using RF technology and place them in designated areas.
• Record all inventory movements accurately in real time using RF technology.
• Operate material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials, assisting with logistical needs such as inbound, outbound, and raw material transfers between facilities.
• Participate in the regular cycle counting schedule and annual physical inventory as required.

• Experience with stand-up forklifts, RF scanners, and loading/unloading trucks.
• 1-2 years of forklift experience, specifically with loading and unloading bulk materials.
• Knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and computer systems.
• Cycle counting and order picking skills.

• Prefer candidates with stand-up forklift experience as it is easier to teach sit-down forklift operation.

Work Environment

Work the 3rd shift from 7 pm to 7 am on a rotating schedule of 4 nights on and 4 nights off. The work environment is highly automated and offers a supportive team setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Delavan, WI.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.
