Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Installation:� Lead the application of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and specialized hard� surface flooring systems
- Surface Mastery:� Oversee technical preparation, including patching, repairing, and precision cleaning
- Project Leadership:� Manage production targets, equipment maintenance, and material efficiency while maintaining strict OSHA / safety compliance
Qualifications for Professionals:
- Industry Experience:� Minimum 2+ year(s) of commercial flooring experience is required
- Mobility:� Ability to travel, including overnights and weekends, as project demands dictate (per diem provisions)
- Compliance:� Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation; must pass pre-employment drug screen and resipirator fit test.
