Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
Administer specialized massage and body treatments for various purposes and needs in specific time frame given.
Provide consistent professional treatments as directed in training classes and accepted certification practices
Properly care for equipment and products used
Communicate and describe in an articulate manner the spa offerings
Compare and contrast the different services on the menu
Recommend up-selling services at the spa facility on property
Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Respond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately
Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education
Work unsupervised for extended period
Uphold all protocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
Understand that as a representative of the Spa they will maintain a healthy appearance and a positive attitude
Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and well-organized work area. Including extensive in-between client cleaning procedures.
Maintains well maintained spa appearance, cleanliness and ability to work the entire shift in a mask as directed.
Comfortable around guests who may be in a state of undress
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve problems in fast paced environment
