Masking Technician I
Shift/Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm, some occasional Friday overtime
Pay rate: $19/hr
Location: Huber HeightsOhio 45424
Experience: 2+ Years of Manufacturing/Production experience, prior masking experience preferred, but training is available.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will specialize in preparing and masking parts to ensure they are ready for professional finishing services. Your daily impact includes:
Precision Masking: Masking and unmasking all common parts according to specific work instructions.
Part Preparation: Sanding and prepping parts for re-work whenever necessary.
Logistics Support: Correctly loading and unloading parts onto the overhead conveyor system.
Team Collaboration: Supporting the team with other duties as assigned to keep production moving smoothly.
We need someone who takes pride in the "little things" and understands that quality starts with the right preparation.
Detail-Oriented: A high level of attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
Quality & Safety Minded: You are quality-oriented and constantly adhere to all company safety policies.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. on occasion.
Reliability: Sound decision-making skills and an excellent attendance record are must-haves.
Growth Mindset: You are open to performing other job-related instructions and potentially undergoing advanced in-house or external training.
