Location: In Office River North, Chicago
Compensation: Base salary of $65,000, with additional milestone-based incentives tied to
performance and growth objectives
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives
for Gage Diamonds and assist with some marketing strategies of some additional brands. This role is responsible for day-to-day marketing execution while contributing to marketing strategy in collaboration with executive leadership. This position is ideal for someone with solid marketing experience who enjoys being involved in both planning and execution across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing initiatives across multiple companies in alignment with overall business goals
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across radio, TV, digital, and social media channels
- Oversee SEO, paid search, retargeting, and conversion optimization efforts
- Support e-commerce and retail marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue
- Manage social media strategy, content planning, posting, and audience growth
- Track performance, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data and results
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to support marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of proven experience across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Strong background in e-commerce and retail marketing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple brands and priorities
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with Criteo or other retargeting platforms
- Ability to create basic marketing assets such as digital ads, social graphics, or posters using tools like Adobe
