Location: In Office Mon-Thurs, Fri Remote (Cherry Hill, NJ), requires some days on location in Swedesboro, NJ

About the Job

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, Matthew Becker, the Marketing Coordinator is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role within the Marketing Department at TFI USA.

This is your opportunity to create, innovate and communicate. You’ll partner with leaders internally across marketing, sales, sustainability, processing and more to create meaningful content for our websites and social media platforms. You’ll also leverage insights and data to support our innovation pipeline. As well as partner with human resources to support our internal branding efforts. Duties & Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage monthly social content calendars for:

  • Thomas Foods (B2B)
  • Thomas Farms (B2C)

You will:

  • Write captions and adapt messaging for each platform
  • Leverage data and insights from available sources (Datassentials, Spins, Circana, trade publications)
  • Coordinate visuals (photo, video, graphics)
  • Schedule and publish content

Content Creation

  • Capture photo and video content at company events, promotions, and internal initiatives
  • Support recipe, product, and lifestyle content development
  • Assist with light video editing, reels creation, or graphic design (experience with Canva or Adobe is a plus)
  • Help develop marketing materials for digital and retail channels


Influencer & Partner Support

  • Help identify influencers and creators for Thomas Farms
  • Support communication with agencies and external partners


Brand & Channel Support

  • Support Thomas Farms and Thomas Foods International USA across:
  • Instacart and retailer product pages and portals
  • Website updates
  • Merchandising, selling & in‑store materials
  • Help maintain consistent messaging and visual standards across all touchpoints
  • Assist various departments in Internal Communications campaigns


Insights & Performance

  • Track basic analytics across social platforms and campaigns
  • Assist in building recaps and sharing findings
  • Help identify ways to improve engagement and content performance


General Marketing Support

  • Support product development and innovation efforts with insights from data partners
  • Partner with Human Resources and external agencies to bring internal branding and employee campaigns to life
  • Learn about the business and participate in on-going training and development opportunities


Requirements/Education/Experience/Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
  • (new graduates will be considered with relevant internships or hands‑on project experience)
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Comfort capturing photo and video content
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok best practices
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable working across both B2B and B2C channels
  • Experience working with influencers or creators
  • Basic performance reporting or analytics skills
  • Experience working with agencies or vendors

Salary Range: $55k-$60k annually

This range represents the expected base salary rate for this position. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and other factors. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
