Marketing Specialist Geekly Media | (Remote)About the RoleGeekly Media is hiring our next Marketing Specialist. If youre comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and marketing execution, you may be a great fit. This role spans several areas of marketing. You'll be hands-on across digital, content, email, and demand generation, building programs that attract the right leads, nurture them through the funnel, and help your clients reach their goals. Since youll work directly with clients, you know how to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and keep relationships strong.What You'll DoServe as a primary point of contact for clients, managing timelines, communicating results, and making sure projects move forward effectivelyPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid, and organic, with oversight and support from a Marketing StrategistAdminister HubSpot Marketing Hub for your clients, managing workflows and nurturing campaigns, landing pages, lists, reports, social media, etc; you'll be in the portal dailyReview content provided by our content team, focusing on best practices, client-message fit, and strategic alignmentBuild and manage lead gen programs designed to fill the pipeline, not just drive trafficTrack campaign performance in HubSpot and surface insights that actually inform what we do next, including recommending opportunities for optimization, A/B testing, and moreWhat We're Looking For35 years of hands-on marketing experience (real estate experience is a plus)At least 2 years of client-facing experience. You're comfortable owning relationships, leading status calls, and translating marketing speak into business outcomes clients actually care aboutProficiency in HubSpot. You've built workflows, managed contact properties, created reports, connected social media accounts, managed ads, and moreSolid grasp of SEO/AEO fundamentals and content strategy; you know how to communicate with humans, LLMs, and search enginesExperience running email campaigns end-to-end: segmentation, copy, testing, analysisFamiliarity with demand gen concepts. You understand the funnel and can connect your work to pipeline outcomesStrong writing and feedback skills; you can adapt your voice for different formats and audiences, as well as provide constructive feedback to other team members Comfortable with data. You don't need to be an analyst, but you should be able to interpret your own results and make decisions from themNice to HaveHubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, or similar)Experience in property management, PropTech, SaaS, or another niche B2B verticalFamiliarity with paid social or PPC (even if it wasn't your primary responsibility)Background working alongside a RevOps or sales enablement function
