About the Role
CTG's client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative contractor to support the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, you will help drive coordination, execution, and operational excellence across high-priority marketing initiatives that span global teams, business functions, and strategic projects.

You will work closely with marketing, product, operations, and business stakeholders to support planning, project management, executive communications, and team coordination across global organization.
What You’ll Do
Project & Program Management
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, product, operations, and business teams.
- Track timelines, deliverables, action items, dependencies, and key milestones to keep projects moving forward.
- Support collaboration across global stakeholders, teams, and functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
Operational & Team Support
- Support planning activities, business reviews, status updates, leadership meetings, and team operating rhythms.
- Help maintain organization across multiple priorities, workstreams, and deadlines.
- Build and manage project trackers, dashboards, documentation, and reporting materials to improve visibility and accountability.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure next steps, decisions, and commitments are clearly communicated and completed.
Executive & Communication Support
- Assist in creating polished presentations, briefing materials, meeting notes, and executive-ready communications.
- Help prepare leaders and teams for meetings, reviews, updates, and key business milestones.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels of the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and matrixed environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or evolving projects.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration or project management tools.
- Ability to work independently while also being a dependable and collaborative team member.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting marketing, go-to-market, or business operations teams.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with executive presentations, leadership updates, or business review processes.
