Marketing Program Manager

Schneider Electric
Nashville, TN

Schneider Electric has a new opportunity for a Marketing Program Manager, based in Nashville, TN or Raleigh, NC.

We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager who can turn bold strategy into a market-defining launch that lands with precision, scale, and real impact. This role will lead integrated marketing programs in support of Schneider Electric’s Residential segment, partnering closely with product, sales, and channel teams to bring residential solutions to market.

This is not a campaign management role. It is an orchestration role and marketing strategist partner.

You will own how a major launch comes to life across channels, partners, and customer touchpoints. You will define the path to success, align teams around a single plan, and ensure that every element of marketing shows up in-market with clarity, precision, and impact.

You will operate at the center of marketing, connecting brand, digital, channel, content, and field activation into one integrated system designed to drive demand, conversion, and adoption.

If you are someone who thrives in complexity, pushes for clarity, and is relentless about outcomes, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities

Turn strategy into a launch system

  • Translate business and product strategy into a clear, integrated marketing and communications plan
  • Define how messaging, channels, and campaigns work together to create momentum in-market
  • Build the full-funnel approach from awareness to conversion

Own the integrated campaign plan

  • Orchestrate execution across digital, paid media, owned channels, partner marketing, and field activation
  • Ensure all channels are aligned, sequenced, and reinforcing a single narrative
  • Connect national campaigns to partner and channel execution at scale

Drive precision in execution

  • Build and manage the end-to-end launch timeline, milestones, and dependencies
  • Ensure content, media, and activation are delivered in sync and on time
  • Identify risks early and push teams to resolution

Activate through the ecosystem

  • Ensure marketing is built to perform through distributors, retailers, and partners
  • Align messaging, assets, and offers for scalable channel execution
  • Drive consistency while enabling local activation

Design for conversion

  • Ensure campaigns are built around clear offers, strong calls to action, and real buying moments
  • Partner with digital and eCommerce teams to optimize the path from interest to transaction
  • Remove friction across the customer journey

Run the operating rhythm

  • Lead cross-functional marketing cadences, reviews, and decision forums
  • Drive accountability across teams without direct authority
  • Keep the organization aligned, focused, and moving forward

Measure what matters

  • Define and track KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and sell-through
  • Optimize in real time based on performance
  • Capture learnings to improve future launches

What You Bring

  • 6-8 years of marketing or marcom program execution and management
  • A track record of leading complex, multi-channel marketing launches
  • Strong command of full-funnel marketing, from brand through conversion
  • Experience aligning marketing with sales, channel, or partner ecosystems
  • Ability to build structure in ambiguity and drive execution across teams
  • Relentless focus on outcomes, not activity
  • Strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to influence at all levels
