The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying artificial intelligence tools and automations that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing team. The Marketing Operations Specialist will bring hands-on expertise in large language models, prompt engineering, and AI workflow development, and will apply these capabilities to create practical solutions that support digital marketing operations, content production, and campaign execution.


They will partner with marketing associates, digital specialists, and leadership to identify automation opportunities, prototype AI-powered tools, and integrate solutions into existing marketing platforms and workflows. This individual will stay current on developments in the AI landscape, evaluate emerging tools and models, and translate complex AI capabilities into accessible, high-impact applications for the marketing team.


In-office position in Nashville, TN.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that support the Marketing team’s digital marketing operations
  • Develop and refine prompts, agents, and pipelines using large language models (LLMs) to automate content creation, data processing, and campaign tasks
  • Integrate AI tools with existing marketing platforms, including HubSpot, to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Prototype and test new AI applications, evaluating performance and iterating based on team feedback and business outcomes
  • Partner with digital marketing specialists to identify high-impact automation opportunities across email, content, reporting, and campaign management
  • Build and manage AI-assisted content generation workflows that maintain brand voice, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Monitor and maintain deployed AI tools, troubleshooting issues and ensuring reliability across production environments
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI models, platforms, and frameworks to inform the team’s technology roadmap
  • Document AI tools and processes to support team adoption, training, and knowledge transfer
  • Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI in all tools and workflows, including data privacy and quality control standards


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building AI tools, automations, or applications using large language models or machine learning frameworks
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering, AI agent development, and LLM-based workflow design
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable providers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills to our internal clients
  • Experience integrating AI tools with third-party platforms via APIs or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Make)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript for scripting and tool development is a plus
  • Commercial real estate knowledge or experience is a plus


Salary Range – $60,000-100,000
