Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. 

 

Orchestrate integrated marketing initiatives that drive DISH TV business growth while navigating a rapidly shifting category. This role tackles the challenge of evolving market presence by developing strategic campaigns that engage high-value audiences and meet annual acquisition targets. Lead transformation efforts within the Go-To-Market team to ensure tactical execution aligns with long-term brand pillars and performance goals.

 

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Deliver integrated full-funnel campaigns that consistently meet or exceed annual acquisition targets for the Video Services business

  • Translate 3-year marketing strategies and content pillars into actionable tactical initiatives that enhance brand resonance across all channels

  • Drive cross-functional alignment between digital, insights, analytics, and finance to ensure every campaign launch is backed by robust performance data

  • Leverage AI-driven analytics tools to optimize message testing, image selection, and offer strategies for maximum conversion rates

  • Streamline the creation of business briefs and initiative post-mortems to improve organizational agility and institutional knowledge

  • AI literacy to identify and apply emerging automation tools for improving marketing workflow efficiency and content optimization

  • Resilient problem-solving abilities and a high capacity for managing complex projects within a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape

  • Critical experience managing full-funnel marketing cycles from brand awareness through direct response and partner acquisition

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience in Marketing

  • Required Technical Skills:

    • Full-funnel campaign management (brand, digital, and direct response)

    • Cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder management

    • Marketing performance reporting and KPI analysis

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $98,230.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
