The Marketing Intern will support MLG Capital’s in-house marketing team across digital strategy, content development, events (internal + external), and marketing analytics (CRM, performance analytics, Semrush, social media). This role offers hands-on exposure to institutional real estate marketing, investor communications, and brand management within a fast-moving, data-driven organization.
The intern will work closely with the Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager, contributing to real projects tied to capital raising, investor relations, corporate branding, and internal culture initiatives. This position is ideal for a student interested in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing, with hands-on exposure across real estate, analytics, and event management.
This internship emphasizes execution, learning by doing, and exposure to senior leadership, with opportunities to build a strong professional portfolio.

Qualifications:
Reporting Relationship: Interns will report to the Marketing Director. Due to the relatively small size of the MLG Capital team, interns will have exposure to multiple lines of business, and the key VPs, Principals, and President.
Education Requirements:
To be considered for the Marketing Internship, applicants must meet the following criteria--
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related field. Candidates should be at least a sophomore entering their junior year, with a demonstrated interest in marketing within finance, alternative investments, real estate, or marketing analytics.
Experience:
Candidates must have at least six months of relevant classroom experience in marketing or real estate and demonstrate strong academic performance. Students who are at least a sophomore entering their junior year with an interest in finance, alternative investments, real estate, or marketing analytics are encouraged to apply. Previous marketing or real estate experience is helpful but not required.
Additional Notes:
Physical Requirements: Ability to operate office machinery; including but not limited to: telephone, computer, copy machine, fax machine, printer, and mobile phone. Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 4 hours) and use a computer for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis.
Working Conditions: Open office workstation environment, quiet to moderate noise levels.
Schedule Requirements: This position will be available from the end of May 2026 through mid August 2026 and will require 35-40 hours per week.
