Marketing Coordinator

Looking for someone who enjoys organizing, handling logistics, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is less about traditional marketing and more about owning the execution of tradeshows and events — making sure every detail is in place, every time.

What you’ll be responsible for

You’ll take full ownership of tradeshow and event logistics, including:

  • Managing booth kits and event materials end-to-end
  • Organizing, labeling, and maintaining all materials
  • Handling shipping, tracking, delivery, and returns
  • Making sure every booth is fully ready before events (branding, quantity, quality)
  • Tracking and maintaining inventory and storage
  • Identifying gaps early and fixing issues before they become problems


You’ll also support

  • Marketing programs and internal initiatives
  • Organizing and distributing marketing materials and samples
  • Vendor coordination, quotes, and basic admin tasks (POs, scheduling, etc.)
  • Event planning support for conferences and meetings


What we’re looking for

  • Experience in events, tradeshows, logistics, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling multiple moving parts and deadlines
  • Someone who is proactive and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable with hands-on work (materials, inventory, coordination)
  • Able to work independently and take ownership
