Marketing Coordinator

On Deck Sports is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Randolph, MA. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue by qualifying inbound leads, processing online orders, and managing the sales team’s automated email campaigns and outbound call schedules. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and comfortable working at the intersection of marketing and sales operations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Qualify and route inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels. Evaluate and prioritize leads based on defined criteria before passing on to the appropriate sales representative.
• Process online orders placed through our website. Verify order accuracy, coordinate with fulfillment, and help coordinate communication with customers through our sales support team.
• Build, manage, and optimize automated email sequences on behalf of the sales team. This includes nurture campaigns, follow-up sequences, re-engagement emails, and promotional sends targeted to qualified prospects and existing customers.
• Coordinate with sales and seasonal customer contact lists to maximize efficiency of outbound phone call efforts
• Monitor lead and order data in our CRM to ensure accuracy and consistency. Flag discrepancies and maintain clean records
• Other marketing duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Agility and flexibility required in a fast-paced, small business
• Ability to research and analyze information efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel in particular)
• Experience with CRM software

The preferred candidate is expected to work full-time in our Randolph, MA office.
