Role Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Panache Apparel's digital strategy of increasing brand awareness, driving campaign performance, and fueling new customer growth through our online marketing. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will assist in all posting on social media platforms, creating and editing engaging video content tailored to each platform, managing email campaigns, live selling & all things marketing needed! You will use data analysis and reporting to guide recommendations to drive new customers and sales through our multi-channel digital marketing campaigns — all while contributing to a team culture that's welcoming and passionate about the work we do.
This is a hands-on, in-person role. The role will be focused on managing ongoing campaign execution across multiple platforms.
Location: 15300 Minnetonka Industrial Road Minnetonka, MN 55345. We are not currently considering remote applicants for this position.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a go-getter with a genuine passion for apparel and a deep understanding of the fashion industry. You move quickly, think creatively and never wait to be told what's trending on TikTok because you already know. You have a natural instinct for content, from brainstorming video ideas to executing them on camera and you bring both creative vision and technical design skills to the table.
You will share your talents as a Marketing Coordinator in the following ways:
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns to meet KPIs and align with business objectives.
- Explore and grow campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms to expand reach across audiences.
- Independently develop and pitch video content ideas - then execute them. From concept to camera to published post, you own the process.
- Create engaging video content for each social platform, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other formats that showcase our collections and connect with our audience.
- Stay on top of TikTok trends in real time, identifying and acting on emerging sounds, formats, and viral moments before they peak.
- Design graphics and visual assets for social media, campaigns, and digital marketing using tools like Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage day-to-day communication.
- Work closely with our team to brainstorm new ideas and bring a fresh creative perspective.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to the brand team.
- Stay ahead of evolving digital trends, platforms, and tools—proactively recommending new tactics and innovations to enhance our marketing
You will bring the following experiences & qualifications as a Marketing Coordinator:
- A genuine passion for fashion and apparel, whether through professional experience, or deep industry knowledge. This is non-negotiable.
- 1+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Pinterest, & Meta.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, fashion merchandising, or a related field.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for being on camera, creating and editing authentic video content, adapting your style to fit different social platforms (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of TikTok trends - not just following along, but being among the first to identify and act on them.
- Experience designing graphics using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for social media and digital campaigns
- A strong understanding of fashion industry trends and retail customer behavior.
- E-commerce or fashion retail marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment while juggling seasonal launches, collection drops, and multiple campaign priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and campaign strategies.
- Comfort and conceptual understanding of social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, Meta).
- E-commerce marketing experience preferred, but B2B experience will also be considered.
