About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing programs and events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys managing multiple projects at once.


You will play a key role in coordinating client-facing events, webinars, conferences, and internal marketing initiatives—ensuring each is executed seamlessly and leveraged effectively through post-event engagement and content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of client networking events, webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and internal initiatives
  • Manage post-event follow-up including attendee communications, reporting, and content distribution
  • Assist in marketing and promotion across email, digital, and internal channels
  • Create and distribute event invitations, reminders, announcements, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain marketing calendars for events and sponsorships with accurate, timely updates
  • Edit and update video content for events, webinars, and marketing programs
  • Assist with creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements
  • Support execution of sponsorship deliverables (branded materials, signage, presentations, digital assets)
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple marketing initiatives
  • Maintain organized records of event materials, templates, attendee lists, and outcomes
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the marketing team


Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, events, or coordination within a professional services environment (law firm experience not required)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint required); experience with marketing tools is a plus
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
