We have offices in Newmarket, Rochester, and Alton, NH, and this role will require the ability to travel between them to capture content.
The OpportunityThis is not a “manage our social media” role. This is a create, build, and bring a brand to life role.
We are looking for someone who can take what we do every day, how we interact with clients, how we show up in the community, and turn it into content that feels real, engaging, and worth paying attention to.
You will have room to be creative, bring ideas, and shape how we show up. You’ll also be part of a team that is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
What You’ll DoContent Creation & Video Production (Core Focus)
- Plan, film, and edit video content (short and long form)
- Capture real moments across our offices, team, and community
- Turn everyday interactions into meaningful, engaging content
- Bring fresh ideas and execute them consistently
Social Media Management
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and other social media as appropriate
- Build and maintain a content calendar
- Write clear, engaging, educational posts
- Engage with comments and opportunities to connect
Strategy & Brand Development
- Bring ideas for campaigns, content series, and engagement
- Help shape and evolve our brand voice
- Ensure consistency across all platforms
Website & Messaging
- Update website content and blogs
- Keep messaging aligned across channels
- Support basic SEO through content
Analytics & Improvement
- Track performance and engagement
- Use insights to improve content and strategy
- Identify what’s working and where to adjust
Community & Event Content
- Capture content at events and in-office moments
- Help translate real-world experiences into strong digital presence
What We’re Looking ForYou are likely someone who:
- Sees content opportunities everywhere
- Enjoys both creating and thinking strategically
- Can take an idea and run with it
- Is self-directed but collaborative
- Wants flexibility, but also takes ownership seriously
Education & Experience- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or
- Equivalent hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, or a business environment
Must-Haves- Strong video production and editing skills (this is essential)
- Experience managing content for a business or brand
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through
- Willingness and ability to travel between Newmarket, Rochester, and Alton
Tools You’ll Be Using- CapCut
- Canva
- Meta Business Suite
- Social and basic analytics tools
Compensation & Structure- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, with in-office time required for filming
- $28–$32/hour depending on experience and quality of work
