This role is located at our Corporate Office in Arden Hills, MN. We offer a hybrid work environment that consists of 3 days in the office (T/W/Th) and 2 days remote/virtual (M/F). This role does not offer full remote/virtual. This role does not offer relocation assistance.

We are seeking a highly organized and Marketing analytical professional to join the Dairy Case Cheese (DCC) team in a hybrid role that combines business analytics with project management. In this role, the individual will support the DCC business by delivering recurring reporting and insights—such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, performance tracking, and ad‑hoc analysis—while also assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of cross‑functional projects from inception to completion. The role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, RGM, Category/Insights, and Supply Chain partners to ensure strong decision support and disciplined execution.

Marketing Analytics support and partnership across marketing and cross‑functional teams to turn syndicated and internal data into clear insights and recommendations that inform strategy, planning, and business performance.

  • Analyze and synthesize marketing, shopper, and sales data to generate actionable insights that inform brand strategy, planning, and performance measurement.

  • Support core business planning processes, including Annual Business Planning (ABP), Insights & Implications, 7+5, and product‑level volume forecasting, in partnership with Marketing and Cross‑Functional teams.

  • Own and leverage syndicated and internal analytics tools (e.g., Circana, Numerator, Power BI) to assess category trends, promotional effectiveness, retailer performance, and shipment dynamics.

  • Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling insights and recommendations that enable data‑driven decision‑making and commercial impact.

Project management support across Dairy Foods business units and functions, primarily in the Seasonings & Ingredients business unit.

  • Strong understanding of Land O’Lakes internal processes required to implement or commercialize projects

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.

  • Drive consistency in project management tools, frameworks and execution

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Project Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, business analytics, project management or insights role (CPG, retail, or syndicated data experience preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, analytical, problem‑solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for cross‑functional partners.

  • Experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets to develop insights, recommendations, and business implications.

  • Familiarity with syndicated and internal data sources such as POS, panel, shipment, or promotional data (e.g., Circana, Numerator, Power BI, or similar tools).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; ability to present insights effectively to diverse audiences.

The salary range for this role is $81,200 - $121,800. In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
