What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on marine outboards and inboards
- Rig new and pre-owned boats for delivery
- Install OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories
- Perform inspections and recommend needed service work
- Conduct water testing when required
- Deliver high-quality work with minimal comebacks
- Identify additional service opportunities through strong diagnostics
Requirements
What We’re Looking For- 5+ years of marine technician experience (dealership preferred)
- Experience with outboard engines (Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, MerCruiser)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Electrical and rigging experience
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent
- Willing to work Saturdays (closed Sundays + one weekday off)
- Team-first attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule & Work Environment- Full-time position based in Lake Placid, FL
- Monday–Saturday (one weekday off + Sunday closed)
