Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II (3rd Shift)

Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

Shift: 3rd Shift (Mon–Thu, 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM | 4x10 schedule)

Training: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for 2–3 months)

Pay: $23/hr on W2 + 15% Shift Differential (All inclusive)

Type: Contract to Hire

Duration: 12+ Months

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, executing batch processes, maintaining compliance, and ensuring product quality. This is not a warehouse position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and processing equipment (CIP, COP, labeling line, torquing systems)
• Execute batch records in SAP (eBR) and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform production activities including packaging, cleaning, and material handling
• Monitor equipment and production status; report deviations to supervisors
• Conduct routine and deep cleaning of production areas and equipment
• Ensure proper labeling, safety compliance, and use of PPE at all times
• Support waste disposal, inventory handling, and cleanroom operations
• Maintain housekeeping and follow GMP and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar systems
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and organizational skills

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in PPE (including respirators) for extended periods
• Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
