About the Role
We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians to support GMP manufacturing operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. This team is growing quickly and plans to hire multiple technicians over the next several months as production expands to a 24/7 schedule.
This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, collaborative, and eager to grow their experience in GMP biomanufacturing. Cultural fit is extremely important—successful candidates will be personable, team-oriented, and comfortable communicating with colleagues across the manufacturing floor.
Important: Candidates must be comfortable working evening or night shifts long term.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute GMP manufacturing operations following established batch records and SOPs
- Support production activities including equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and monitoring
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for manufacturing processes
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures at all times
- Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and escalate when needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations
- Participate in shift handoffs and communicate production updates clearly
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, biomanufacturing, or GMP environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
- Ability to work evening or night shifts on a long-term basis
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Bioworks certificate with at least 1 year of GMP manufacturing experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
- Hands-on experience with biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
