Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Lenexa, KS (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $22/hr (Day shift)| $24/hr (Night Shift) (All Inclusive)

Type: Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary

Seeking Manufacturing Operators to support the production of dry powdered cell culture media used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is a long-term career opportunity with potential for permanent conversion within 3–6 months based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and automated production systems
• Load raw materials and chemicals into blending equipment
• Package finished products into containers and prepare pallets for shipment
• Perform equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and sanitation activities
• Complete production documentation accurately and maintain batch records
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous Manufacturing, Machine Operator, Warehouse, or Quality experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to complete written documentation accurately
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

Additional Information

• Paid training provided (8–12 weeks)
• Two-day onsite orientation/training required
• PPE provided
• Temperature-controlled work environment
• Must be available for rotating shifts, including every other weekend
• Physical exam required upon offer acceptance
