Responsibilities
- Oversee daily truck production and assembly operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met
- Provide hands‑on leadership, troubleshooting support, and direction to production technicians and assemblers while coordinating workflow and schedules
- Partner with engineering, design, and quality teams to support new product development and maintain high manufacturing standards
- Monitor production metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce downtime or waste
- Manage equipment maintenance coordination, review timecards, assist with scheduling, and foster a positive, team‑focused work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with prior industry‑related manufacturing experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skill
- Ability to interpret production data and drive continuous process improvements
- Mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in tools, vehicle components, or mechanical systems; automotive or vehicle manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with SolidWorks a plus
