Manufacturing Quality Manager

Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Quality Manager in Fort Collins, CO. This opportunity is with a growing precision manufacturing company serving highly regulated industries. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Quality Manager will lead the Quality Management System, oversee compliance with ISO 13485 requirements, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage all quality-related activities across the facility.

Quality Manager Responsibilitie

• sMaintain and continuously improve the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and quality documentatio
• nEnsure compliance with ISO 13485, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standard
• sLead internal, external, customer, and certification audits and coordinate corrective action
• sManage customer quality concerns, complaint investigations, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement effort
• sOversee supplier quality programs and calibration activitie
• sSupport validation, verification, risk management, and FMEA processe
• sLead investigations related to nonconforming products, RMAs, and customer complaint
• sMonitor quality metrics and drive quality and operational improvement initiative
• sDevelop, mentor, and lead quality team members while partnering with leadership on strategic objective

Quality Manager Qualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related fie
• ld5+ years of quality leadership experience within an ISO-regulated manufacturing environme
• ntExperience in medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing industri
• esStrong knowledge of ISO 13485, CAPA, auditing, validation, risk management, and quality syste
• msExperience with eQMS platforms, ERP systems, and controlled documentation syste
• msMinimum 3 years of leadership or management experien
• ceSix Sigma, CQM, and/or CQA certifications preferr
• edStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skil
