Description:As part of the Enterprise Demand Supply Control (EDSC) Organization, this role will be responsible for demand planning and process integration across all programs, coordinating activities related to demand entry, demand stability, BOM integrity and on-time order release primarily focusing on supporting Marietta Make & Buy MRP Planners.

What You Will Be Doing

Primary Responsibilities will be:
-Coordinating employee recruitment,
selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
-Analyzing diverse sets of data and identify underlying trends, drawing insightful and accurate inferences from data that result in sound decision-making
-Gather relevant information systematically, consider a broad ranges of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceives relationships among problems or issues to solve issues and process gaps
-Knowledge of management in a union environment (union guidelines, policies, etc.) and demonstrated leadership skills to manage represented and non-represented personnel.
-Leading the successful execution of backlog burn down and throughput of the following tasks:
-Releasing MAR Production Orders
-Resolving aged orders
-Resolving Excess orders
-Managing Shop Order Maintenance updates
-Resolving aged PRs
-Resolving PO Griefs
-Resolving Excess PRs
-Managing PR Release Integrity
-Managing RTVs
-Resolving Aged STOs and identifying STO opportunities

Position requires management and leadership of skilled, experienced, professional personnel along with entry level subordinate positions requiring mentoring and training

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Make/Buy MRP Processes
- Prior experience leading/Managing
- Experience with SAP operating software, including transactional acumen and data elements available for report/metric development.
- Data analyzation background using Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Global Supply Chain (GSC) Processes
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with the management practices within a union environment (union guidelines, policies, etc.) and leadership experience in managing represented and non-represented personnel
- Experience managing direct and indirect resources to achieve operational objectives
- Experience standardizing and improving operational processes
- Experience in aggregate demand and supply
- Analyze diverse sets of data and identify underlying trends, drawing insightful and accurate inferences from data that result in sound decision-making
- Quantitative and analytical experience, gathering relevant data systematically, and then considering a broad range of factors; in order to grasp the complexities and perceive relationship patterns within a compilation of problems or issues
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes and business model

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
