Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Randolph, MA, for a Manufacturing Packaging Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the packaging department, ensure adherence to quality control and assurance standards, and manage the team’s productivity. Responsibilities include supervising packaging staff, coordinating schedules, production planning, training team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. The position also involves active collaboration with other departments to optimize processes and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, staff scheduling, and performance management
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures to ensure product standards
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and resolve issues
• Proficiency in Training team members on packaging processes and workplace safety
• Understanding of operational best practices for manufacturing and packaging
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in manufacturing or management is a plus
• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production environments is advantageous
