Manufacturing Operations Support

Position Overview

• Role: Material Handler
• Hours: 12 hours on a 2-2-3, night and day shifts
• Potential Growth: Could lead to an Operator role with future production line expansions

Responsibilities

• Loading tubs
• Cleaning duties
• Material Air Lock (MAL) process (includes documented cleaning of classified spaces
• Operating walkie stackers

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Punctual (start time and returning from breaks)
• Trainable and coachable
• Reliable attendance
• Positive attitude, appreciates the opportunity without rushing for promotion
• Ambitious but realistic growth expectations

Preferred Background

• Required: Manufacturing or fast-paced production experience
• Nice to Have: Pharma experience
• Not Ideal: Candidates with frequent moves between jobs
