This position works out of our Westfield, IN location in the Structural Heart division.

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs automatic and manual testing on products.
• Ensures assemblies meet visual, mechanical, electrical criteriaofdesign documentation,standardsand inspection documentation.
• Follows written work instructions and completes necessary paperwork accurately that isrequiredfor jobs.
• Reviews records for device traceability and compliance.
• Detects problems andinitiatescorrective action to control non-conforming material and product andassistsin problem solving.
• Trains employees and can function as a lead if necessary.
•Assistsin the development of workmanship standards.
• Support all Companyinitiatives asidentifiedby management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
•Complies withU.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:
0+ yearsof experience in a manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or G.E.DRequried.
Ability toindependently perform assembly and inspection processesper documented procedures
Proven ability toidentifyand report nonconformancesin products, components, and documentation
Ability totroubleshoot and resolve issuesusing standard operating procedures
Ability to work effectivelyindependently and within a teamin a fast‑paced environment
Strongattention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills
Effectiveverbal and written communication skills
Willingness to workoccasional overtimeandmaintainregular attendance

The base pay for this position is $17.15 – $34.25 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
