Manufacturing Engineering Leadership

  • Lead, develop and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering organisation
  • Build capability, succession plans and future leadership pipelines

Capital Projects & Automation

  • Lead the execution of major manufacturing investment programmes
  • Manage and justify significant capital expenditure projects
  • Partner with automation and robotics teams to deliver next-generation manufacturing solutions

  • Drive lean manufacturing, cycle time reduction and productivity improvements
