An aerospace manufacturer is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their growing team!
We’re seeking someone with 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience who enjoys working closely with production, solving manufacturing challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
What we’re looking for:
• Manufacturing engineering experience within aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Experience supporting production processes and troubleshooting manufacturing issues
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with process improvement, RCCA, Lean Manufacturing, or CAPA initiatives
• Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO manufacturing environments
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
• CNC machining or tooling exposure
• ERP/MRP system experience
• NPI or process development experience
• Fixture/tooling design exposure
