Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence by optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives and help shape manufacturing operations to achieve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all operations.
  • Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization.
  • Utilize 3D modeling and CNC programming to develop and enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Employ ERP systems, including Plex ERP, to streamline operations.
  • Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate risks.
Essential Skills
  • 3D modeling proficiency.
  • CNC programming expertise.
  • ERP system knowledge, specifically Plex ERP.
  • Proficiency in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing or process engineering within a manufacturing facility.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks/CAMWorks software.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of G-code programming and troubleshooting capability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and involves using advanced technologies such as SolidWorks and CAMWorks. You will work within a manufacturing facility, utilizing ERP systems to manage operations. The role requires a professional dress code to maintain safety and professionalism standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Racine, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
