A respected and growing precision machining manufacturer is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements, optimize CNC machining operations, and drive manufacturing excellence across a high-volume production environment. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations
  • Optimize CNC machining processes, tooling, cycle times, and production flow
  • Support new product launches and manufacturing readiness
  • Analyze production data to identify waste reduction and efficiency gains
  • Develop work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
  • Evaluate new equipment, automation, and machining technologies
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and implement long-term solutions
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining environments
  • Strong background in CNC programming, machining operations, and process optimization
  • Experience with horizontal machining centers, turning centers, or automated machining systems preferred
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
  • Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
