Manufacturing Engineer

About the Opportunity:

TRC is working with an aerospace manufacturer focused on precision components and advanced production processes.

Summary:

This role supports manufacturing optimization for aerospace components, focusing on process efficiency, quality, and repeatability. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with production and quality teams to improve throughput, reduce defects, and ensure compliance with stringent aerospace standards.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
• Support production and quality improvements
• Develop process documentation
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies
• Strong analytical skills
