Manufacturing Assembly Line/Machine opertor

Our client, a leader in automated manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Line/Machine operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Assembly Line/Machine operator, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the efficient operation of high-volume automated equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly Line/Machine operator

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $16.50-19.50

Shift: 12-hour rotating schedule (Day 6am-6pm or Night 6pm-6am) 2-3-2

What's the Job?

• Operate and support high-volume automated manufacturing equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and respond promptly to downtime or issues
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimal operation
• Load, unload, and stage raw materials according to specifications
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or technician roles.
• Soldering, electronics repair, or inspection experience a plus
• Familiarity with machine controls such as HMI or robot pendants preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
