Seeking: Managing Director, Analytics & Brokerage Operations

Atlanta, Georgia (In-Office) | Full-Time | Reports to: Jordan Camp, Principal

ABOUT OAKLEY REAL ESTATE PARTNERS

Oakley Real Estate Partners is an established yet rapidly scaling, Atlanta-based commercial real estate

platform specializing in industrial real estate across the Southeast. The firm operates across capital markets

advisory, agency leasing, acquisitions, and development, with a singular focus on industrial assets.

Our objective is to become the benchmark industrial platform in the region: institutional in quality, but built on a targeted, tactical, and differentiated approach that is data-forward by design. Every deal we touch feeds an ever-growing intelligence flywheel, and our trajectory runs from capital markets and leasing into acquisitions and development. We are building something that is lasting, and every hire reflects that

ambition.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a brokerage role. It is not a path to becoming a broker. It is something rarer, and we would argue, more impactful. We are looking for the person who becomes the operational backbone of our brokerage business: the one who makes our producers faster, our data more powerful, our processes more disciplined, and our growth more sustainable. Think Chief of Staff meets Financial Analyst meets Systems Builder. At the center of the role is institutional underwriting. Around it, you will build the data, process, and systems that let a lean team operate like one many times its size. This is a pivotal seat in achieving our growth objectives.

You will work directly alongside Jordan Camp, our Principal and top producer, and serve as the connective

tissue between the brokerage team and firm leadership. The right candidate has likely spent years in

institutional CRE (investment sales, capital markets, or asset management) and has realized they are more

energized by building the engine than driving the car. They are meticulous, ego-free, intellectually restless,

and want to build something of their own inside a platform on the rise.

RESPONSIBILITES

Financial Analysis & Underwriting

• Own the underwriting function for the brokerage business, leading all financial modeling for capital

markets transactions, acquisitions, and development opportunities in Excel and ARGUS Enterprise.

• Produce, alongside the marketing team, BOVs, offering memorandums, equity memos, listing flyers,

marketing presentations, and pitch books with institutional rigor and a relentless eye for detail.

• Own scenario and sensitivity analyses that equip our brokers to walk into any room fully prepared.

• Ensure underwriting consistency and accuracy across every deal the brokerage team touches.

• Attend select client pitches, alongside Jordan, serving as the analytical authority in the room, not the

rainmaker.

Operations & Accountability

• Own the day-to-day operational infrastructure of the brokerage business, reporting directly to Jordan

Camp.

• Build and manage KPIs, scorecards, and accountability systems that give Jordan and firm leadership

real-time visibility into team performance and pipeline health.

• Serve as the eyes and ears of the brokerage platform, ensuring all measurable commitments are tracked,

followed up on, and executed.

Systems, Technology & Data

• Own and expand our Monday.com infrastructure, building workflows, automations, and dashboards that

drive accountability across the team.

• Lead our CRM strategy with a mandate to build the most comprehensive proprietary industrial real

estate dataset in the Southeast.

• Identify and implement AI tools and emerging technology that create operational efficiencies, with full

ownership of those systems once deployed.

• Develop data systems that leverage our boots-on-the-ground market intelligence in ways that compound

over time and create defensible competitive advantages.

• You do not need to be a software engineer. You need to be relentlessly curious, resourceful, and

committed to finding better ways to operate.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Fill the operational and analytical gaps that brokers cannot, and should not, be expected to fill.

• Coordinate marketing, accounting, and brokerage to ensure execution never falls through the cracks.

• Continuously identify inefficiencies across the brokerage platform and implement scalable solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

We are not looking for someone who wants to be a broker someday. We are looking for someone who takes profound pride in being the best operator in the room: the person whose work makes everyone around them more effective.

• You are an exceptional underwriter who is not content to only underwrite. You want to build the data,

process, and systems that scale a firm with its name still ahead of it.

• You believe nothing is beneath you. The best idea in the room is the best idea, regardless of whose desk

it came from.

• You are energized by building from scratch. There is no written existing playbook here, and you will

write it.

• Financial modeling and ARGUS are native languages to you, not skills you are working on.

• You live for the work. You bring relentless intensity and you measure yourself by output, not hours.

• You are meticulous. The details are not a burden. They are the point.

• You are entrepreneurially minded. You understand that what you build here, and what you ultimately

earn from it, is created through the growth you help drive.

• You are intellectually curious about AI, data, and technology, not because it is trendy, but because you

see it as a genuine lever for competitive advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with meaningful exposure to financial modeling

in a brokerage, investment, or advisory context.

• Advanced proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise and Excel-based financial modeling. This is nonnegotiable.

• Fluency in industrial real estate is strongly preferred.

• Strong grasp of capital markets dynamics.

• Experience building or managing operational systems, CRMs, or project management platforms

(Monday.com preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, build structure where none exists, and hold others

accountable without formal authority over them.

• Strong communicator, equally comfortable presenting underwriting to a client as building a

Monday.com board for the team.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH PATH

Oakley is committed to paying the right operator extraordinarily well, and the structure is built so that strong performance is rewarded directly:

• A base salary commensurate with your experience.

• Commission participation on the deals you help execute, so you share in the production you make

possible without carrying an origination quota of your own.

• A discretionary performance bonus tied to your overall contribution, over and above the day-to-day

mandate.

Together, these create meaningful upside for someone who delivers.

This is a seat with no real ceiling; the role can grow into firm-wide operational leadership of a substantially

larger platform.
