Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Operations & Strategic Projects who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute. This is not a purely advisory role. The ideal candidate will combine Medical Affairs knowledge with strong project management, analytical, and operational skills to support client engagements from strategy through implementation.
This individual will help build Medical Affairs infrastructure for clients, support strategic assessments, conduct business and market diligence, manage timelines, create deliverables, and ensure flawless execution across multiple high-priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in building and optimizing:
Internal Growth Initiatives
Support ACMA’s expansion into enterprise consulting and outsourced services.
Help improve internal processes, templates, and client delivery playbooks.
Participate in client meetings and business development support as needed.
