KPMG is currently seeking aManager, SAP Supply Chain -Store to Fulfillin Advisory for ourConsultingpractice.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an SAP solution architect accountable for the design and implementation ofSAP S/4HANAfor supply chain management capabilities supporting the Store to Fulfill workstream. This includes a specific focus onRetail Integration—connecting in-store operations with supply chain planning in one system—alongsideDirect Procurement,Direct Material Sourcing, andIntercompanyprocesses.
- Accountable for planning and executing the day-to-day activities of the Store to Fulfill workstream, including managing KPMG and client personnel throughout the full lifecycle of an implementation.
- Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge forMaterials Management (MM),Inventory Management (IM), andOrder-to-Cash Automationto enhance fulfillment speed, accelerate order processes, and reduce manual spreadsheet intervention.
- Apply expertise to design solutions that provideReal-time Inventory Visibilityacross all locations (avoiding stockouts or overstocking) and manageLogistics & Distribution, overseeing the omnichannel flow of goods from receiving to customer delivery.
- Support business development activities such as opportunity identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines, service networks, or industries.
- Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of KPMG SAP implementation methodologies, specifically researching and advocating forSAP Retail Solutions,SAP Predictive Replenishment(on SAP Business Technology Platform), andStore Replenishment & Fulfillmentutilizing AI-based forecasting (Unified Demand Forecast) for both store and DC replenishment.
- Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of seven years of SAP experience with at least three years focused onSAP S/4HANA, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations specifically in the areas of Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and retail/omnichannel execution.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
- Deep functional and configuration expertise inDirect Procurement,Direct Material Sourcing,Intercompanytransactions, andMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP)integration.
- Hands-on experience and strong knowledge ofSAP Retail SolutionsandSAP Transportation Management, with the ability to architect cohesive omnichannel supply chain processes.
- Strong SAP configuration skills; demonstrated experience with the SAP Activate methodology and SAP Model Company / Best Practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a quality level to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management team.
- Travel as needed.
