This opportunity will have a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office and remote flexibility on Friday.
Candidates must be within a comfortable driving distance of a local facility to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to build and manage sales dashboards, daily/weekly reporting, and executive visibility into performance across a large sales team.
Experience leading weekly business reviews (WBRs)/performance meetings for senior leadership—turning data into clear insights, actions, and accountability.
Strong background in sales programs, processes, and operating cadence, with a track record of creating scalable enablement frameworks that drive consistent execution.
Advanced experience in sales analytics and KPI tracking (pipeline health, productivity, trend analysis, performance drivers).
Demonstrated success creating and maintaining sales playbooks, training, tools, and enablement resources that improve seller effectiveness and speed to productivity.
Comfort operating in a high‑performance, metrics‑driven sales environment where enablement directly impacts revenue and execution.
Job Summary
Enhances sales verticals' performance through close collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and overcome sales barriers, strategizing with leadership and departments to devise effective solutions. Optimizes the sales team’s efficiency and productivity by leveraging comprehensive sales data and analytics.
