Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NPI Program Manager to support global new product introductions and market expansions. This role is highly execution‑focused and centered on operational readiness, cross‑functional coordination, and disciplined delivery against established launch playbooks.
The ideal candidate has led new product launches—physical products and/or software/service offerings—and thrives in complex, cross‑functional environments. This role partners closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and post‑sales organizations to ensure launches are operationally sound, scalable, and ready for customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution for new product introductions (NPI) and launches into new global markets.
- Drive operational readiness for launches, ensuring all required playbooks, processes, and enablement are in place prior to launch.
- Manage detailed program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness criteria.
- Ensure launches meet quality, timing, and scalability requirements.
- Partner with internal teams responsible for defining service and support strategy for new products.
- Translate service strategy into executable delivery plans across post‑sales organizations.
- Ensure post‑sales support environments are launch‑ready (strong plus for candidates with prior post‑sales or support experience).
