A global leader in life sciences is seeking a Quality Investigations Manager to oversee customer complaint resolution, cross-functional collaboration, and product compliance. This role serves as a key voice of the customer while driving continuous improvement and maintaining regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Investigators, ensuring timely, compliant, and audit-ready investigations.
  • Triage and classify customer inquiries, guide root cause analysis, and drive resolution cross-functionally.
  • Monitor complaint trends, define KPIs, and provide management-level reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards.
  • Feed customer insights into R&D, Product Management, and Continuous Improvement programs.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
  • Strong root cause analysis skills.
  • Hands-on experience with cell culture media knowledge.
