Job Description:
The Quality Control Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing quality control operations, technical support, and product performance across US operations. This position owns the investigation and resolution of complex product issues, drives root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions to improve overall product quality. Acting as a key escalation point, the role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and suppliers to ensure consistent quality standards and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive “playing coach” who leads by example, balancing technical execution with team development and process ownership.
