At Loyola Medicine, philanthropy plays a vital role in advancing patient care, research, and education. The Manager of Philanthropy Services is a strategic leader who partners closely with frontline fundraisers and institutional stakeholders to deliver exceptional donor experiences across the full donor lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategy, communications, and stewardship efforts that directly support Loyola Medicine’s mission and long‑term philanthropic impact.About the Job
This role serves as a key liaison between frontline fundraisers, clinical departments, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless donor experience aligned with the institution’s mission of advancing patient care, research, and education. The Manager develops gift and stewardship strategies, drafts proposals, briefings, reports, and personalized donor communications, and supports effective pipeline and moves management through close daily collaboration with gift officers.
The ideal candidate is a strong, concise writer who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and brings a proactive, solutions‑ and service‑focused approach to advancing philanthropic goals.

Pay Range: $96,782.40 - $159,702.40 annually
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
