What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing ICU nursing team. Create an environment where nurses feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
- Drive Clinical Excellence: Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, high-quality care aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Own Operations: Oversee staffing, budgeting, and daily operations for a fast-paced Trauma ICU, balancing quality outcomes with cost-effective care.
- Be a Change Agent: Champion innovation, process improvement, and a learning culture that continuously advances patient care.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner closely with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and elevate patient experience.
- Develop Talent: Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development of nursing staff.
- Strengthen Relationships: Serve as a key liaison between staff, physicians, leadership, and the community.

What You Bring
- Current or ability to obtain Nevada RN license
- BLS certification (required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (or in progress)
- Previous nursing leadership or management experience
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Passion for team development, patient-centered care, and operational excellence
