HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Emergency Services to lead a high-volume department at a well-established acute carehospital serving the Panama City community. This hospital is recognized for its comprehensive emergency services, including dedicated adult and pediatric emergency care, advanced cardiac and stroke capabilities, and strong specialty support.

With a strong clinical foundation and supportive leadership team, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an emergency services leader to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow within a respected healthcare system.

Schedule: Evening Shift 3p-11p M-F

Compensation Notes

  • $95,000 - $117,000
  • Relocation assistance available!

Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Emergency Services:

  • Supervise and support clinical staff during assigned shifts, addressing workflow issues and staffing needs
  • Monitor compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and required quality checks
  • Collaborate with physicians and leadership to coordinate care and resolve unit concerns

Required Qualifications For Manager Of Emergency Services

  • Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
  • Emergency Room experience
