Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of manual visual inspection while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and customers.

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead daily visual inspection operations ensuring compliance with cGMP
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to meet customer commitments
  • Serve as key contact for stakeholders and customers
  • Analyze metrics and implement improvements
  • Lead and develop team members
  • Support inspections and audits
  • Ensure adherence to cleanroom and safety requirements

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Advanced degree with 3+ years OR Bachelor’s with 4+ years experience

Experience

  • Visual inspection experience required
  • Operations leadership in regulated manufacturing
  • Team leadership and development
  • Continuous improvement initiatives
