The Manager, Integration Management Office (IMO) Support is responsible for driving the day-to-day operations of the IMO. They will own the execution needed to diagnose integration challenges, develop plans for solutioning, and facilitate cross-functional stakeholders to advance the integration. This role will primarily report to the Senior Manager, IMO Lead.
The Manager will act as an integrator across workstreams to shape challenges and develop solutions to advance the critical path of the integration. They will lead effective meetings to problem-solve cross-workstream issues with resources at all levels of the organization. They will drive development of error-free ad-hoc analyses to synthesize information that informs workstream solutioning and executive decisions. They will also develop executive-friendly communications and leadership presentations to synthesize the program status for executive meetings.
This professional also leads the Project Management and Administrative function of the IMO. They will build and run processes that ensure teams follow up on actions and drive to resolution. They will develop and manage processes to quality control workstreams' plans and updates in Planview. They will set the agenda for meetings and coordinate beforehand with critical attendees to maximize impact of the meeting. They will effectively facilitate data collection by providing clear instructions and offering support to teams who need to collect information about resourcing, budgets, and synergies. They will also provide ad-hoc support for Integration Finance requests as needed.
