We are seeking a Manager, Information Services to lead the design, development, integration, and support of critical enterprise applications within a healthcare payer environment. This individual will manage a team of IT professionals while partnering closely with business leaders, infrastructure teams, and external stakeholders to ensure systems and data resources align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, integration, deployment, and enhancement of enterprise applications and software systems
• Oversee core health plan platforms including claims adjudication, EDI/X12, CRM, data warehouses, reporting, and analytics
• Manage data integration and interoperability across internal teams, providers, and external partners using EDI, APIs, and HIEs
• Partner with IT and business leadership to translate strategy and business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Guide team performance, staff development, coaching, and day-to-day support of business operations
• Drive process improvement initiatives using lean methodologies, visual boards, and daily huddles
• Ensure software integrations meet business, compliance, and interface requirements
• Support health plan operations across claims, enrollment, eligibility, provider data, utilization management, and population health platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of direct management experience in software development and/or systems management within healthcare
• Strong experience leading software solutions from business requirements through implementation
• Background in healthcare payer, health plan, or insurance environments preferred
• Knowledge of claims, enrollment, eligibility, provider data, utilization management, and care management
• Working knowledge of SQL, SSIS, C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, database design, and reporting
• Strong project management, communication, and team leadership skills
