The Manager, Industrial Tool Equipment Rentals is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of tools and equipment within a rental operation. This includes acquisition, maintenance, inventory control, utilization optimization, and safe, compliant operation. The role also carries full P&L responsibility, ensuring the rental division operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with organizational goals. Equipment & Inventory Manag

Lead the acquisition, tracking, and deployment of tools and equipment to ensure high utilization a - nd ROI.Manage the daily check-in/check-out workflow, ensuring accurate scheduling, billing, and documen
- tation.Identify underutilized assets and coordinate resale, redeployment, or disposal stra
- tegies.Maintain complete inventory records, including serial numbers, purchase data, and maintenance h
- istory.Conduct periodic physical inventories and investigate discrepancies, including missing or damaged
items.
Maintenance &
