  • $125,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Direct Hire role with hybrid work schedule
  • Travel required


We are seeking an experienced Manager – Income Tax to lead and support complex income tax initiatives with a strong focus on partnership taxation. This role is ideal for a tax professional who thrives in a strategic, project-driven environment and enjoys working on high-impact transactions and business decisions.


In this position, you will take ownership of income tax compliance and planning for multiple partnerships while playing a key role in tax structuring, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage income tax calculations and compliance for multiple joint venture partnerships
  • Lead tax-related projects including restructuring, due diligence, transactional analysis, and tax modeling
  • Provide expert tax guidance on acquisitions, divestitures, and other business transactions
  • Research complex tax positions and prepare supporting technical documentation
  • Develop and implement tax strategies for complex and high-value transactions
  • Oversee and review income tax returns, provisions, and modeling calculations
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Lead, mentor, and delegate work to staff on complex tax projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze data supporting tax calculations
  • Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong expertise in federal income tax with a focus on partnership taxation
  • Proven experience managing complex tax projects and leading teams
  • Ability to think strategically while executing detailed, technical work
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders across the business
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Tax or Accounting preferred)
  • 10+ years of relevant income tax experience, including partnership tax
  • CPA preferred
